Termination of TICA Membership

A member may resign from the Company by delivering to the Company not less than (3) calendar months’ prior written notice. Should any notice of resignation be received by the Company from a member subsequent to 1st October, that member shall remain liable to pay all Subscriptions for the current financial year and the next following financial year.
